It states she was "half way in another reality". This is simple to grasp. If I'm traveling from Georgia to Texas and I am halfway there, that doesn't mean I can slap someone that is still in Georgia. Now when I think about it, Batman-prime is right. All we saw is she-rulk punch a door and enter the room. She could have stopped herself before forced to another dimension. The feat is extremely ambiguous and can't be used as something like reality punching.

She was at the door, you can't punch the door when you are halfway there and since the process didn't even start yet as pym was rejiggering things a bit it needed 30 seconds to start. Imagine it like a bomb. You have thirty seconds to get out of a room, she did it after half the time. She was halfway through, in a sense, because she was as good as bfr, though Banner knew she would be fast enough.
