Karnak vs Batman pure H2H

No tricks or gimicks pure H2H

Karnak. Unless you count his ability as a "trick" or "gimmick".

Karnak

Karnak plus he has inhuman strength, perception, reflexes with the ability to control and focus every iota of his physiology

Meh. I'd probably give this to Bruce. Karnak has some really neat feats, but Bruce's superior speed, strength, reflexes and his wider array of combat skills just make him better equipped for a normal fight.

By no tricks or gimicks... I ment by them just their normal abilities.

power wise status Karnak should be able to steam roll Bats but, Karnak lacks feats and consistency to legitimately claim he can beat bats without history support.
