In DC1 Million everyone could get as strong as present day superman and it was implied that this Superman 1 million was Superman to Supermen. Meaning that the gap between Superman 1 million to Superman is the same as Superman to a normal human.
2 - Golden Prime gave superman 1 million AND the Superman dynasty all their powers - enough said.

We talk/argue about a Superman sundipping for an hour and being a match for the likes of King Thor. This is a Superman that has spent tens of thousands of years within the sun.
Sure, he's mostly hype, but this is the guy who powered the entire Superman Dynasty, including Kal Kent. This is the guy who stomped Solaris in one panel. He's traveled to the edges of space and time, and IIRC got power from that. I don't know where his limits are, but they're unquestionably far above the likes of team 2.
