With just a minor piece of the PF (even less than Rachel's) and with FAR less time with it than Rachel, he :
a) telekinetically hurled the entire molten core of a planet at her (that must have weighed millions of tons)
b) telekinetically hurled two moons at her
c) ignited gas giant into a sun
d) destroyed an entire solar system

The reason why he didn't just annihilate her on the spot was he needed her to willing hand over her PF portion to him.

I've been reading up on Plutionian and he seems like a high herald type character, I think Necrom takes him every single time. Sh|t he may not even need the PF portion he has, he could probably just devour his soul like he does to most of his victims.
