Gladiator vs J'onn (TP and CIS is off)

I just thought that this would be interesting. And it had me wondering who would win a battle between Gladiator and the Martian Manhunter. In this battle Gladiator is immune to TP attacks but susceptible to TP probes.

CIS is off.

Everything else goes, who would win?

The green fella.

Glads has NO way to counter his intangibility.

CIS off helps J'onn a lot more than Gladiator
