Marvel Comics app for Android

I have a question about the Marvel comics app. I downloaded it onto my phone and was wondering if a pay to download a comic will I be able to log my account into another phone or tablet and still be able to read comics I paid for?

So far for me it doesn't seem to have worked. In my case I saved as many apps as I could to app locker, pulled my SD card and did a hard reset on my EVO. Once that was done I restored all of my apps and all of them except for the marvel app worked fine. None of the comics I had purchased were syncing.
