Galacta's perception is enough that she's able to just stand around Wolverine while he's in the middle of the fight, and discuss how her and Galactus could use the Power Cosmic to turn Wolverine into a planet sized healing buffet. This takes 1.75 seconds of her day to do.

Either Galactus absorbs his power through the dimensional shield, or he absorbs it when Korvac is free (the art seems to indicate the shield is gone when he goes to Galactus).
