I'm saying most films receive early WoM that is positive even if the film ends up being terrible.

Not totally sure I agree with "most" films tbh, also the details are a little different here. The fact that there were early screenings and Disney allowed people to start talking so early leads me to believe the hype a little more for this film.

The way John Campea is absolutely gushing about this movie....his movie taste is very good he seems to think it's the best movie of the year so far including the Lego movie(which was also critically acclaimed). Very excited now.

Yeah, he said it could very well be better than the Avengers.

Plenty of films do this. You're right though it is earlier than most films and, even more importantly, the Russos have already been hired to do Cap. 3, so at the very least Marvel is confident in the film.

The level to which this movie is being praised and the sources it is coming from is what is different. Also everything happening between the lines (Russo's being hired back so early, cap 3 being fast tracked)

Hmm, Campea did let slip that there are a few mentions/easter eggs of people who haven't appeared in the MCU yet...I'm done prying, I just wanna be blown away entirely come April.
