Can Dc/MU earth take down GA Captain Marvel/Black Adam?

Teth persuaded Billy to take off morals and destroy all of earths heroes/villains. Marvel/ Dc can only use strength and enerhy prjection. thats it. Dc and marvel dont get to teamup its separate.
