Apocalypse is in Hulk's weight class strength wise. His strength is also dynamic. But that's a tangent.
In the battle at hand, and given that it's now established that Apocalypse's durabililty is top tier (and apparently above high herald), this becomes an interesting fight because Apocalypse can just grow big and stomp Darkseid out assuming the OE isn't powerful enough to effect Celestial grade armor, and using the incident with Doomsday as precedent (Darkseid didn't/couldn't disintegrate him), I'm leaning towards Celestial Armor durability being comparable or greater than Doomsday's durability, meaning Apocalypse should be able to pull victories.

Who has Apocalypse stomped by growing? Darkseid can grow big too and he smacked Jimmy Olsen with the powers of all new gods like a ***** via growing up. Namor was punching holes in Celestial's own armors just a year ago. Just because it has a CELESTIAL tag on it doesn't makes it more durable than Doomsday.
