He might be able to squeak out a narrow victory against Wolverine or Omega Red, the rest are too strong, especially if Namor is wet.

Would this mean punisher has some prep or he just has experience using the armor and then just has what it has in regards to armaments?

He does not have prep but he has as much knowledge of the suit as Tony does and let's say about 7 years hands on experience of using the suit (and this is current War Machine)
