Actually, Hank was always there, it was Justice who showed up at the end, giving Hank the weapons he then used to destroy Ultron. Without those, he would have beaten them all.

you realize that the Hulk has an Unnatural hatred for Robots don't you? his power will be high and that will a factor...especially villains he already knows annoyed him before...thats 2 emotional boosts for WWH before the battle has began...and WWH can take those guys

Ultron wouldn't beat that team but again, both Hulk and Ultron has taken on the Avengers COUNTLESS of times.

Thing about that is that you also have to factor in everybody else's feats, not just Hulk's.

Thor alone is a fight for Hulk and has been consistently through out both of their careers. Giving him back up in the form of Wonder Man, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, etc is tantamount to spite.

While I do support Ultron beating the Avengers there, I also support the idea of WWHulk fighting such a team, and doing quite well. To me this is quite the close match.

Whatever. Fighting teams isn't the deciding factor of this battle since both done it. What I do know is Adamantium Ultron got completely immobilized by a weaker Hulk with a single punch. Thats enough for me to decide who'll win this fight.

And I'm sure you realize that like Hulk has gotten better feats, so too has Ultron, correct?

thing is when you gang up on the Hulk his rage increases so that rage will allow to beat the team...
