it's hard to keep a totally constant list. it depends a lot on who or what you're reading at the time and if you haven't read something for a long time, it's easy to forget. there was a time i'd have had punisher up there probably, and thor certainly, as well as hulk. they'd all be close still. dream for sure would have been there at one point and maybe emma frost.
