Yeah. Mine was based on the assumption that it'd sell. Perhaps a little presumptuous, but still.
Although even if it didn't, they'd still kind of have him under their label. Eventually... eventually.

He-Man is a nickname for pre-schoolers. If someone created that name for a character now, it would be for parody use, just like Superduperman once upon a time for MAD magazine.

First issue was solid, and an interesting plot unfolding too. Definitely will be reading issue 2.

I just read issue one. I love the setup! My first reaction to this book after finishing it was "this has lots of potential! The setup up was really good and I loved the art"! Totally worth the buy!

you didn't like the fact this takes place after skeletor had already won and clearly has some sort of spell on eternia? also how could you not enjoy the fight with beastman?!

Are you talking about the Robinson 1st issue? Didn't care for it. There is also a online comic that's actually pretty good.

yea I was talking about #1. I know Im a little late on it as it came out awhile ago but I just got the chance to read it. I loved everything about that issue! I didn't know about the online comic. Whats it like/about?

It's called Master's of The Universe. 1st issue was by Geoff Johns, I think, but there are rotating writers on it. And it's about all the different characters of Eternia and origins and pasts, I believe. I have a shitty memory, so that's all I can remember, lol.

I actually didn't like the first issue, and my opinion is equal to the opinions of 10 men thus the comic was inadequate. End discussion.
