Anakin's has his scar from episode 1. In the comics the first time him and Obi-Wan encountered Ventress after giving Anakin his scar was in Obsession, which is when she retired.

Not to mention Dooku betraying Ventress in the Savage arch has changed pretty much everything.

There's loads of other examples but I cant be bothered getting into them right now.

Obsession was the first time they encountered her since she gave Anakin his scar (in the comics).

Because Anakin presumable killed Ventress in that fight, and the whole purpose of Obsession was Obi-Wan being obsessed in proving she was still alive.

Also in CW Cartoon it's obvious Anakin got his scar very early on in the war (having it from the first episode of what's to be at least 5 seasons).

Didn't Anakin receive his scar (originally) when he was a short-haired Padawan? That would have been early in the war (22-21 BBY). But now he's had his scar since he was a longer-haired Knight early in the war (22-21 BBY).

The CGI cartoon is gonna wind up changing a lot.

^ No he got his scar as a Knight, by Ventress in the CW comic that's immediately prior to Obsession.

In the Clone Wars anime he looked very young and Padawany.

You mean the CW mini?

Yeah even in that it was after he was Knighted when we see the scar.
