Smurph says he'll judge if we get stuck for other judges, but that he isn't always able to get online.

I'll put the match up on Tuesday. Random but fairly neutral environment, I assume. I'm decently familiar with both combatants, so I won't put it in an environment that gives one a big advantage.

Yeah, I'm probably staying out of urban areas, or at least densely populated ones. Iirc, both of these guys have a couple city-hacks at their disposal.

So we send digi the write ups on / by Tuesday?

In honor of America, if there are no objections, the fight will take place in Grand Canyon National Park, in the Arizona portion of it. You'll have access to anything in the GC, which includes structures and objects that do have electricity. Cars, houses, park stations, TV & phone lines, etc. It won't be a technological void. I just don't want either one of you with access to city-wide electrical grids or enough metal to make a mech-bot out of. No hopping the GC border to drain Las Vegas, for example. I also created the Arizona stipulation bc of the Hoover Dam.

Still seems weird to place the fight in a location neither character has ever been seen in (to my knowledge)

Am I missing something? I took out the Hoover dam. Is there a decided advantage for one person?

Cities are too tricky if we want a neutral environment, and after that we're left with wilderness. I wanted somewhere with actual geographical features, not just a flat area. Thus the GC.

Oh, the Dam was the only thing I liked about that environment.

Lol. I mean, if both agree, we can throw it in a city. I'm not the one competing, though. I just wanted to make sure there was an environment that wouldn't immediately convey an advantage or allow out of the norm tactics.

I get that, but ... "the norm" ... for both these characters that would be a city (or at least a town) right?

Don't know a huge deal about Machine Man to be fair, but the appearances I do recall he was always amongst buildings.
