I thought a golden oldie was when u had an old person pee on u, like a golden shower but with an old person. Before your post I had a completely different picture of how this match was gonna play out.

Allow me to return the favour....

FOR REAL!

Aunt May wins this. Thor can't fight old age.

Based on Norse mythology. The story of Utgard- Loki's 3 test for Thor that Thor failed.

Utgard-Loki then asked Thor what he could do. Thor said he could win a drinking match against anyone. Utgard-Loki gave Thor a long horn (which is like a cup) and said that most guys can make it in two draughts, but a good drinker had to make it in one. Thor drank as much as he possibly could with just one draught, but it did nothing. After doing this two more times it still didn’t go down much.

After a shatter of insults from Utgard-Loki, it came to be that Thor could try again with at different “test”. He was supposed to lift up Utgard-Loki’s cat. His very, very big cat. Thor went underneath the cat and tried to lift it up from underneath its stomach, but the cat only curved his spine and lifted up one paw.

Utgard-Loki insulted him again, and Thor, who is in a fit of rage, said that he’d wrestle anyone. Utgard-Loki set him up with an old woman called Elli. They wrestled until Thor finally came down onto one knee.

Utgard-Loki told them to stop and that it was getting late. He showed Thor, Loki and Thialfi to their seats and they “passed the night in good cheer.”

In the morning Utgard-Loki called the three down to his table. After eating Utgard-Loki led them to the gate where Thor admitted that he had brought sham on himself. Utgard-Loki, to everyone’s surprise, disagreed.

When thou in thy turn didst attempt to empty the horn, thou didst perform, by my troth, a deed so marvellous that had I not seen it myself I should never have believed it. For one end of that horn reached the sea, which thou wast not aware of, but when thou comest to the shore thou wilt perceive how much the sea has sunk by thy draughts. Thou didst perform a feat no less wonderful by lifting up the cat, and to tell thee the truth, when we saw that one of his paws was off the floor, we were all of us terror-stricken, for what thou tookest for a cat was in reality the Midgard serpent that encompasseth the earth, and he was so stretched by thee that he was barely long enough to enclose it between his head and tail. Thy wrestling with Elli was also a most astonishing feat, for there was never yet a man, nor ever will be, whom Old Age, for such in fact was Elli, will not sooner or later lay low. But now, as we are going to part, let me tell thee that it will be better for both of us if thou never come near me again, for shouldst thou do so, I shall again defend myself by other illusions, so that thou wilt only lose thy labor and get no fame from the contest with me.”

Thor, who was REALLY mad now, went to throw it at Utgard-Loki, but he disappeared, along with the city.

I think that legend actually happened in the comics too

Goldfen Oldie spanks Thor`s butt, sends him to bed and grounds him for a week. Plus no more playing with his hammer!
