Gungnir doesn't really add anything that Odin can't do on his own and under his own power.

Odin wins, but he knows he has been in a fight. If he decides to ends it quickly by unleashing one big blast he will have to do it again to finish off Superman, Captain Marvel, Orion, Flash and martian man-hunter.

MM phases to avoid the blast and Wally vibrates so the blast dosen't touch him. The others I mentioned tank the blast badly hurt, but still standing.

Heck Zeus could not finish off the Avengers with one random big blast. Captain marvel, Namor, She Hulk and Thor were still standing.

Odin is not Zeus that team that was given him a bit of trouble Odin would have looked at them and walked away insulted that they showed up to fight him.
