Who Should Be Marvel's Psionic Supreme?

In the old comic "Fantastic Force" Franklin Richards or Psi-Lord was named "Psionic Supreme", do you think he still holds that title today? or should another psychic be named Psionic Supreme?

White Phoenix should be disqualified as should prior. that is cosmic nonsense not psionics. I'd give it to Legion or Franklin.

Give it to Doctor Strange, he needs a consolation prize after losing the Sorcerer Supreme title

I personally think the title should be reserved for a character whose powers are solely psionic in nature. Franklin, although a powerful psionic in his own right, also possesses obvious reality warping abilities and God knows what else. That said, I think a character whose powers are limited to psionics alone and is unparalleled among his/her peers in that area would probably be Cable (full potential realized) or X-man if/when his full power returns.
