Based on what would they even harm mighty Thanos ?
Well, the Wildstorm uberswords harmed just about anything else with no problems. Majestic himself, intangible energy wraiths, beings that can warp reality and unmake/remake the universe.
TAO had such power, and was hurt by them (Based on the source of his powers, plus the fact even Max Faraday couldn't stop him alone.)
Unlike Maker, TAO was both all powerful and immune to conventional damage.. He was running on the juice of the "creation engine" and the powers of Void, which essentially made him Wildstorms version of a cosmic cube being.
And I believe kusar blades are even more damaging.

Captain Atom was amped. He had a shard of Void in him, which is proven to amp powers considerably. (Spartan, for example, was never Maj's equal, but with a shard of Void was vaulted to his power levels.)
