Hydroman vs. Hulk

All out war

Don't know if Hulk can hurt him, but I don't think Hydroman can hurt Hulk either.

Going all out? Is Hulk allowed WBH mode?

Because if so, he wins. The heat would boil Hydroman off.

Hydro should be able to get inside of banner and fill his lungs up with water or some such.

Outside of WBH, Hydro man could win.
