Considering this fight is "to the death" according to the OP, and she's reformed herself after being reduced to atoms, turning her to paste probably won't do much.

I agree with this

I still roll with Gladiator. When this battle come to melee, and it will, Sersi's face will french kiss Gladiator's punch, and even if she's a badass in her own right, I think this is too much for her.

I agree. But, this wouldn't kill Sersi. She could simply reform her body and turn him into [insert obscure, harmless material here] while she's at it.
