No exotic powers, so Hulk doesn't have his madder/stronger ability or his healing factor?

You can give the Hulk his "exoTic powers", have RKT fight both if them at once, add in Nul Hulk,Maestro Hulk, War Hulk and any other Hulks you want and this is still spite.

Not even Carvulk could take this

i assume he meant no other powers for Thor and Hulk gets everything he has. Which yes is still massive spite in Thor's favor. What with being an elder god and all that against a trans character.
