He is also a much better martial artist than Spiderman, which is one of the edges Fisk had over Pete.

Classic vs Classic
Fisk is going to endure what he needs too for the majority. It's a martial arts thing... They are both going to want to test their mettle against each other. That means IF is going to be in close quarters and although he is quite fast he's nowhere near Spiderman fast, nor strong.
Fisk has had little issues putting his hands on Pete. The same will be said for IF. I do believe that IF could put Fisk down but, knowing this can Fisk defense against it? I think so.
Current IF vs Classic Fisk The Living Weapon wins handily.
