This is a real easy one since its based on any "version" Than Hulk clearly wins and rapes goldy locks till he beg for mercy.
Why? well hulk has forcefully pick up his hammer worthy or not hulk dont give a f**** and he used it agaisnt thor. imho i believe hulk has beaten him more times. As for durability I will respectfully have to dissagree since I bought hulk vs. dvd at walmart I saw Hulk manhandly and making quick work of thor heck he killed the god. Another thing hulk has save us more than thor. hulk defeted onslaught and thanos...the one that made thor a ornament statue. Theres just not much thor can due. hulk can just punch planet of orbit,destroy it and block lightning and hammes with thunderclaps.
