Sinestro and Atrocitus are too intense for Cap. Black Adam may be able to handle one, but not both. Team 2 goes for the jugular while Team 1 is unbalanced. Team 2 55% of the time

Gonna have to go with Team 1.
Black Adam and Sinestro would be an interesting fight to watch, though. Both pretty ruthless.

Not sure how Sinestro and Atrocitus are too intense for Cap. It's not like he folds over when he fights Black Adam. The guy had the fortitude to keep getting up when facing the Spectre before he got amped.
