Depends. A non amped Armageddon stunned Surfer with a casual blast but he used an amped attack against Hulk and Hulk powered through it. I don't think Rich can stun Surfer with a casual blast. Do you?

Well for one its not even an apples to apples situation. For your comparison to be somewhat valid, you have to show armageddon either casually blasting an enraged Surfer that's charging him or show a casual blast from him not effecting a non enraged Hulk. Furthermore why do you assume its a casual blast in the first place, demeanor? That's not always indicative of how much power is going into any given blast. Some people that are particularly powerful can do stuff with relative ease that they previously looked to be straining to do before turning up the power. Hulk thunder clapping fin fang foom through the barrier could be considered casual because of his demeanor. The Surfer casually caught Thor's hammer swing the last time they fought going by his casual stoic facial expression. And this could be considered casual as well since he did it with well, a casual demeanor...
So if that's casual for Nova then hell yes he'd "stun" the shyte out of the Surfer lol. A lot.
