Movie Avengers Vs Movie X-Men

The Avengers have no counter for telepathy, X-men win.

But if they ever fought, there is not a doubt in my mind that Hulk would rage straight through it.

Avengers win, I don't see the tp stoping Hulk. And in this fight, the only challenge Hulk has is, well, Thor.

I think Phoenix Jean from X3 plus Xavier seals it for the X-Men. Hawkeye, Ironman, Cap, and Black Widow are screwed at the word go and will likely end up being compelled to attack Thor and Hulk. Jean could just disintegrate them with a gaze as well. She turned people, planes, tanks, buildings, etc to dust instantly. I'm fairly certain she could mount enough offense to beat Thor and Hulk as presented in the film. TK Hulk away as a BFR and then do the disintegrate attack on Thor until he's down for the count.

I didn't realize Jean was Phoenix in this thread.

You would think that if Russians in the 60's could create a telepathy resistant helmet then an Asgardian helmet would do the same considering they protect the cosmos from all kinds of threats.
Loki always had his helmet on. He just cloaked it with magical illusions.

Heck the reason why Loki's manipulations on the Avengers including Thor worked was probably because the idiot Odinson didn't wear that helmet. Put you bloody helmet on Thor 😠 Your hair is greasy anyways.
