I just rechecked and went through 58 pages of PMs, there isn't a single one from you in there. My last one is from Blight at the beginning of April. The one before was Blight a few days before that. The one before that was Galan in March.
And no, a being that's 'unkillable' in the cancerverse using ability supplied by Marvel's aspect of Death doesn't override the fact that Lobo has a contract that puts him beyond Death's influence. I'm not sure where you'd get such a silly notion.
