I was going to immediately say "Bor", but then I thought about it and this could be a pretty good fight. I'm still going to go with Bor I guess though.

Rips him in half? And? Eternals have been blasted to dust and reformed themselves. Ripping the PRIME ETERNAL in half wouldn't mean jack.
