Yeah, pretty much. Wolverine becomes a very durable chew toy, but that's pretty much it. It'd be hilarious to see a comic with it. I can see Krypto biting Wolverine's arm and doing the pitbull shake at .5 C. Wolverine would survive, but he'd be dizzy as hell.
