IDK. Thanos may not be able to beat Odin or Galactus but he has what it takes to play in roughly the same league. I'm sure Bi-Beast is smart enough to gauge his and Wendigo's power increase without inserting hyperbole but I don't think he'll be able to contend with a Thanos that can beat the Surfer into unconsciousness. Especially once he starts charging his punches.

1000 times is a lot of times (proportionally the difference between a real-life fit human male and a class 100 brick). It's not like we have hard numbers on each characters' strength to say for sure how such an amp would affect them. I'm inclined to say Wendigo, however.
thanos based on the fact he fought tyrant h2h and tyrant fought galactus hardcore. power cosmic is greater than wendigo

WWH punch them along with part of the city out of orbit which results in them crashing into Armageddon city size space ship which also results in an explosion upon impact that kills them.
By the way, it was nothing ever stated saying or showing Bi Beast and Wendigo losing their amps.
