By flying and punching her or channeling electricity. That's why superboy stomped her and she said that her neck would break from hitting ground by superboy's punch.

Cassie pretty much owned every meta she has trapped inside of it. And killed one, I believe. She's learning the limits of her new armor and lasso right now.

I don't think Namor solos, but he can give the two of them a decent fight looking back at feats as a whole.

Jericho wrecked Superboy in Cassie's body, and her fight with Match wasn't after her goddess upgrade at all, in fact it happened while she was powered by Ares and still battling depression over Superboy's death. She was outright owning him while freaking out until she just got too sad and couldn't go on. Even so, he never downs her and she used her reflexes to KO him with his own heat vision... While he was trying to fry Flash.

The only Superboy to "own her" per-reboot was Super Boy Prime, and she still was fast enough to block his attacks with her gauntlets and strong enough to assist Wonder Woman with lasso-chucking him into a building.

As for the latest fight between black lantern superboy and cassie where he was owning her once again despite connor trying to hold himself back and her having krypto to help her.

As far as SBP thing goes, that was major PIS and her contribution in throwing a weakening SBP is laughable at best.
