The dumbest match up to come out of avx. A russian spy vs a russian hell lord. Widow puts an armbar on the demon queen of Limbo.

Widow's career has been filled with pis filled battles. She has beaten the entire x-force and beat wonder man one on one all without prep. So in the biggest win of her career she will beat magik in LIMBO. lol
Widow>then Belasco, Mephisto, Magus and the technarchy, Sym, Nastrith, Doc Strange, Enchantress etc....

Magik will forget to use her armor, her porting powers, time manipulation powers, bfr and magical shields, her army of demons and her sorcerer supreme level magic.

superman vs batman, spiderman vs firelord, black panther vs the surfer, death stroke vs the entire JLA now we have this.

widow beat wonderman, then she beat all of x-force...lol

without pis or cis all Magik has to do is port a couple of hundred meters away pick up a piece of rock, open a portal and port it right on natasha's head.

Under the forums rules, Magik would roflstomp Black Widow with ridiculous ease.

In the AvX comic she will probably lose, though.
