Is it spite not to give Thor his exotics?
Priest basically turned Panther into Batgod. He killed Iron Man, beat Magneto, beat Mephisto, and somehow despite having no idea Danny Rand was mind screwed, happened to have an anti brain scrambler that also cleaned out his chi (The beat down Danny delivered was awesome, and resulted in a potentially fatal brain anurysm, but technically Panther won a pyrrhic victory just by surviving that beating and saving Danny in the process..).

Did I mention despite his Vibranium suit, Panther was also left with brain damage? Hand shaking uncontrollably, and it ended up killing a future version of him?
