Danger was spawned from the Shiar tech that the X-men used. Danger didn't exist when Microchip hacked into their computer but my point is to show how advanced Shiar tech can be.

You also have to factor in that they (the villains) love playing with Bats. Nigma knows Bruce's identity, for example.
Against Thor? They'd be bored in 5 seconds flat.
And Joker is a step above Nigma. Even out-prepped a PREPPED Luthor, lol. Thor would be Jokerized. You've given him peak human stats but none of Batman's immunities to Poison Ivy, or Joker venom, or fear gas, for example.

Actually Riddler implies from his dialogue that he did not actually hack into the device in any conventional way. He figured he would obviously fail to hack the device and tried something else.
"No one bothered to tie the rope to the fence" tips it towards him doing something awfully simple but that the designer of the motherbox didn't think anyone would try. Is not as if he went to control the whole thing or anything like that.

Yea I think that's entirely possible and I think I've heard of this feat. What issue did this happen in? I might try and take a look.
As for the other point I've made I might deal with them later but you're selectively choosing and ignoring parts of amy argument you like and taking what I'm saying out of conext.
EDIT: It also doesn't mean that he's smarter than Darkseid. It's very impressive but it would only prove he's smarter if Darkseid couldn't stop Bruce from hacking and he knew he did it.
