Well at his highest peak spawn was able to defeat both god and Satan didn't he?

I'd put that feat up there with dormammus

And there was one crossover where al Simmons overtook te power of malebogia and he pretty much conquered earth...

I'd go with spawn as a rough estimate. More gut than feats.

Dormammu was able to fight eternity, BUT Image earth is like a multiverse so its hard to say.

Also that was 4th Age Spawn. This is 2nd Age Spawn. The one who beat Urizen and Malebolgia
At least 2nd Age is the closest thing that he seems to describing.
