I could be mistaken, but I believe a much weaker Hulk took down Perun with relative ease.

Technically speaking , according to the explanation Marvel gave for the events which took place in Thor#300 , Vishnu , Shiva and Brahma should be the strongest skyfathers , due to the fact that Hinduism is the 3rd largest religion in the world with around 1/6th of the world population practicing it . All the other skyfathers(including Odin and Zeus) should be way below these 3 , and equally powerful(since they aren't worshiped anymore , and their religions have been reduced mere mythologies) .
But since Marvel apparently forgot this explanation , Odin gets the top spot . And the weakest skyfather is still above WBH .

no way is perun getting a pass as "the russian thor" as thor himself has a lot of issues with savage hulk and without thor's other feats going up against myriad who's who of cosmics/entities fighting someone savage hulk level is a challenge. perun IS a thor with everything that makes thor special stripped away, actually he's more likened to a watered down hercules with some other abilities tossed in.
thor without mjolnir has far better feats than perun does fully equipped (pause), and a fight between the two would most likely go thor's way.
