Sersi. But I'd settle for transmutation resistants feats for Supes. She wouldn't beat him on raw power.

it looks to me the dude only transmuted diana on purpose and just blasted everyone else..

Diana after all is made of clay or was the dudes magic apparently interacted with her.

I dont see that as a feat at all for superman unless you think he should revert to clay as well along with Big Barda and Batman who by the way they also apparently resisted transmutation.

Disciple was reverting everyone down to their primitive level in evolution and had reverted entire earth to their primitive level. Its absolutely a transmutation resisting feat. Second one is Blaze trying to transmutate superman.

Why not? Superman took the brunt of the attack after diana was transmuted, that's why they were less affected. Before that disciple reverted everyone nigh instantly.

It's not like he's overcome the Omega Sanction or overpowered one of Spectre's enemies trying to trap him on sheer force of will or anything. . .

I know he has been transformed into salt , but that feat was done by none other than Neron/Spectre IIRC

My point was that he resisted magical transmutation when he has a magical weakness.

You are correct. But I would tend to think Sersi CAN'T transmute Superman.
