Probably because he thinks that there is only weak and strong, predator and prey.

The concept of heroism is antithetical to his worldview, as it implies that civilized morality is valid.

I'm not. Man of Steel has my interest more than anything this year.

At this point I'm like why continue to make more Iron Man movies? Just focus on Avengers or new characters like Black Panther.

There are enough directors to focus on all of the above. Marvel is tying everything together while dc struggles to get out a Superman movie. Marvel is light years ahead of dc in the movie industry.

Sure, Marvel is killing them as far as quantity goes. But that doesn't always amount to quality films. DC has gems in the Batman films, V for Vendetta, and Watchmen.

I'd also point out that DC is killing Marvel with the animated movie venture.

The last Superman was abysmal. It's taken this long since then to get another Superman film out. Marvel just keeps pressing forward not with one singular movie in mind but a grander plan. Marvel is killing them in general.

V for Vendetta was ok and the Watchmen was boring.
