Cloud Stryfe Toward the end of Disc 1 Final Fantasy VII.

Guts during just about any part of Sword of the Berserk.

Whenever Guts activates Berserk Mode, Cloud is allowed to respond in kind with a Limit Break.

Who wins?

I hope this one is okay, I know that he originates in Manga but I specified the post to the game...

1. Not sure how different Guts is from the manga. If he is very different, it should be fine.

2. This has been done before. Cloud won iirc.

I've read the entire Berserk manga, and Guts would lose hard in that.
