I thought Joker was in the trailer, hence my leaving him off the list I made.

Still think Ra's al Ghul would be better as a fighter for this kind of game than most of the more obvious Batman villain choices, especially after Arkham City.

Just realised after watching the trailer again: Flash at the start is dodging some ice, which would either suggest Captain Cold (his main villain), or Superman's freeze breath.
