The Flash may be incredibly fast, but Batman is smarter and has better weapons. Batman knows his fellow Justice League members's weaknesses and could easily beat them.
Amber Leigh: In regards to Batman not having enough time to activate said gadgets. That would be true if he was not Batman. It would all depend if this was a planned confrontation. Knowing Batman, everything is a planned confrontation. If he plans for this to happen, then I believe he'd set up a trap ahead of time that would hit Flash before busting his brains out. By that, I mean literally lay a trap in front of him that Flash would have to touch in order to hit him. Strategy over speed. That's my two cents but everyone has their own favorite regardless of comic "logic". It's fun making up these scenarios.

Question, and i know nothings really revealed but when we first saw black Adam it was in that lex luthor clip when he and hawkgirl (who is on supermans side) chasing lex luthor. We also see shazam with flash who is also on supermans side.. So far am to assume both black Adam and shazam would be on supermans side?
I only ask as I was having a conversation with someone at game stop and this came up and it soon drifted into how overly powerful supermans side seems to be portrayed so far. Batman has I assume green arrow, Night wing, aqua man and possibly/most likely lex.
