After the warhead was destroyed they had to bring in good Superman to the picture.....if Batman would have stood any chance he fought Clark himself but he knew he was nothing...

But, Superman pretty much controlled the world at that point, Bruce Wayne lost all his resources. It would not exactly be the same neutral scenario as a 1v1 with prep. in the story, even to prep, Batman had to fight the government. If you mean Batman loses without prep, then yes - of course.Also, without the weapon, in most cases in the comics, Batman would still have access to other kryptonite. It seems he doesn't in this story.
But I do agree the story implies Superman is supreme. I mean the ease with which he killed Captain Marvel was ridiculous. Also, going with your logic, it implies even with a gang-up of Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and Flash would not have likely succeeded.

Also Batfans like to say that he alone could take out the whole JLA cause he has a plan to take out anyone while gamewriters basically said that without help he is nothing....and to beat Superman you need another Superman....which is why batphags gonna hate...

Batman needs a fool-proof plan with months of prep to take out the JLA. Superman just needs his fist. biscuits
