You seem to be forgetting that Thor's flight speed is several times faster than anyone Kronos has ever hit.

The horse evaded at speeds ridiculously slower than what Thor flies at. Magneto and Jean would "distract" Kronos just like those weakling gods did. They would probably do much better in fact

So to sum up we have a god much more powerful than Perseus.
Who flies faster than Perseus on Pegasus.
With a weapon more powerful than the one Perseus had.
Mutants as powerful/more powerful than the severely weakened gods.

How does Kronos win again?

Nothing is stopping him from getting back up. But he'll get up miles away from the battlefield. And seeing as how he moves like molasses he won't be able to return in a decent amount of time. Which is a win for team X-Vengers
