Lady Shiva vs Bullseye

The battle of characters who beat rival characters that are superior to them on feats. 😄 (Speaking of Cassandra Cain and Elektra.)

Who wins?

Bullseye is SO not in Shivas class HTH, she murders him solidly in that respect. His only hope in beating her would be to keep her at range, and even then Id probably still give it to Shiva in the end.

Shiva wins in both.

Unfortunately Bullseye's effectiveness against Daredevil and Elektra comes from the fanatical depths he goes to prepare for fighting them. He is uniquely suited to combat with those two because he trains almost exclusively to combat them, to the point that he has a virtually Batgirl-esq ability to read the moves of Elektra... and he usually still loses.

Lester can't contend with Shiva without months of one sided prep to learn and study her moves.
