No, it doesn't. Only the best willpower wielding character can use a gl ring. Its the ultimate test for willpower in DC. You are comparing out-willing etrigan to that? Etrigan at best has a lousy willpower and easily succumbs to his demon instincts.

Aside from beating Etrigan and Superwoman, in Kyle's Ion series she took a blast from the eyebeams of Grayven son of Darkseid without serious damage.

Grayven is a jobber who has been beaten by Thunder in two panels. Taking his eye beams is no big deal.

Way to ignore the context and inflate a no-showing from donna. Atlas was in mind control of starheart and donna surprised him with a punch with assistance from starfire. Not to mention that Kal beat atlas' ass in less than one minute when his powers were not being sapped by magic.
She did get an explicit power up at her resurrection. Before she was stronger than Starfire, after she was much stronger.
Before her rebirth she was killed by a rogue superman robot. I wonder how much stronger her upgrade made her when usually in comics, upgrades are usually forgotten after some time. Otherwise Iron man would be at skyfather level now.

Do you have any comparison? Diana oneshotted superwoman while donna struggled with her even after some assistance from jesse quick. Kara is generally stronger than wonder woman, so it doesn't matter anyway.
