Hawkeye is the weak link for Team Marvel here. Switch him out with another Avengers powerhouse like say Wonder Man, Namor, Thunderstrike, Ares or Rulk, and the teams become much more even.

DC team is way more versatile overall than the marvel team. They win the majority.

Right, and thats the only non Powerhouse level character on that team, while Marvel has Hawkeye, Cap and even to a lesser extent, Quicksilver. While Marvel has 3 guys Id pick over any on the DC team (barely in WWs case), overall the DC team are too power stacked to lose more than not here.

Heck, I'd argue that even Vision is outmatched by most of the DC team members.

To a lesser extent, Id agree, though with his smarts, experience and power I do see him being able to hang with some of the girls on the DC team, even beating a few of them.
