I thought GR could only be killed by holy or spitritual weapons/attacks? I don't think that is the same for Etrigan, though I am unsure. I dont think bfr would work with GR either as far as I've heard.

a penance stare shkould work on either of team two, right? I guess I'm not seeing how team two can put down GR, while he has hellfire, penance stare and is virtually uneffectedby physical attacks...unless that has all changed recently...? : /
