WBH vs Wolverine

Wolverine has the power gem and has had it for 3 months prior to fight.

Probably WBH as I cant recall the powergem on its own amping a character to by the astronomical degree that would be necessary for wolverine to have any chance here.

Instead of how long he's had the gem why not equalize strength or something?
there's no real evidence wolverine could tap into all that much power.
